We bought this wedding band initially at the wrong size and we had less than a week before the wedding to get it right. The customer service was extremely helpful and they made sure we got the right ring at the right size before the wedding. I was shopping around alot for the last six months to find the perfect wedding band before choosing Tungsten Company and did all of my home work. I was always nervous about getting jewelry online and when this mixup happened, it made things worse. A smart co-worker told me they got their wedding bands here and to rest assured they would take care of everything. They were right!
