I was initially hesitant about buying tungstone rings over the internet. I was nervous that the ring would be lost in shipping or not even show up. The truth of the matter is, everything went through without a hitch. They customer service representatives always answered my emails really fast and the ring showed up at my house exactly when I expected it to be there. I am now a very happy customer.
