I was initially hesitant about buying tungstone rings over the internet. I was nervous that the ring would be lost in shipping or not even show up. The truth of the matter is, everything went through without a hitch. They customer service representatives always answered my emails really fast and the ring showed up at my house exactly when I expected it to be there. I am now a very happy customer. I bought this wedding band for my husband as a surprise. When he saw the charge on the statement online, I said I lost my credit card and would cancel and get a new on the next day. I was able to give him the wedding band just in time for our anniversary.
