I ordered a beautiful tungsten wedding band to replace my husband's 32 year-old gold band. Unfortunately I measured wrong + the ring was way too big. They were kind enough to replace it with another ring that I thought I had measured correctly. Unfortunately, that one was also way too big. So the next time I asked them to send me a ring sizer so I can finally get it right because I was obviously not doing it correctly. So they replaced it again, and the third time was the charm because it fit perfectly. They were so kind and patient with me and didn't give me any hassle whatsoever. This is the second tungstone wedding ring I bought on the internet. The first I got from another website that just seemed to be all over the place but I had nothing but problems with them.
